Getting the newest version
The app updates itself. You never need to remove it or add it again.
When there is a new version, the app gets it while you use it (it needs internet for this). It changes to the new version the next time you open the app, or when you come back to it. Your numbers stay.

in this guide? Close the app fully — swipe it away from your recent
apps — and open it again. If it still looks different, do it once
more.
