Put the app on your home screen

Add the app to the home screen of your phone or iPad. Then it opens with one tap, like a normal app — even without internet.

iPhone or iPad (Safari) 🔗

  1. Open simplify.whiz.coach in the Safari app.
  2. Tap the Share button — the square with the arrow. On an iPad it is at the top of the screen. On an iPhone it is at the bottom; if you cannot see it, tap â€ĸâ€ĸâ€ĸ first.
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen. If it is not there, tap View More or scroll down.
  4. If you see Open as Web App, make sure it is turned on.
  5. Tap Add.

Android (Chrome) 🔗

  1. Open simplify.whiz.coach in the Chrome app.
  2. Tap the menu button — the three dots at the top right.
  3. Tap Add to Home screen. On some phones it says Install app or Install and create shortcut instead.
  4. Tap Install (or Add).

Now look at your home screen. Tap the new Simplify icon any time.

💡 The app remembers your numbers. Count your money at home, then check the answer at the shop — no internet needed.
💡 On an iPhone or iPad, the Home Screen app keeps its own settings, apart from Safari. Set it up from inside the app: tap ℹī¸ How to use this app at the bottom, then Set up this device.
💡 Open the app from its Home Screen icon. On an iPhone or iPad, Safari on its own may forget your numbers if you do not open the app for a week.
